When sending baggage by sea, please ensure that you complete a full packing list, which may be required for both customs and insurance purposes.
Door to Door Sea freight services From the time we collect your baggage, to the time it is delivered to your destination address, we handle everything. The charges include Customs Clearance, Terminal Charges and Local Delivery costs to residences in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore only. Charges exclude Customs Inspection, Quarantine Inspection, Import Duties and Sales Taxes. These rates are available on request. Door to door rates are available to a wide selection of other destinations. Door to Port Sea freight services With our door to port service, you arrange to collect your shipment on arrival from the Destination Terminal. In most cases, the owner/sender of the goods must also be the person collecting the baggage. You will need to clear the shipment through local customs and settle any Terminal, Customs Duty, Local Tax, or Wharfage Fees, including New Zealand & Australian Quarantine Fees, where applicable. Please note we have no control over foreign Customs Services or Local Authorities, who may undertake surcharges, or charge Duty, Tax, Quarantine or other fees, at their discretion, and in accordance with local regulations.
